🔥🐉 THE GATEWAY GRUB DRACARYS WING CHALLENGE 🐉🔥

Do you have what it takes to face the dragon?

I’m is bringing the heat to STL POT Chef’s Blazed & Infused! Challengers will have exactly 2 minutes and 10 seconds to finish five Dracarys-coated wings.

🌶️ THE CHALLENGE

• Five wings coated in Gateway Grub’s Dracarys sauce
• Finish all five wings in 2 minutes and 10 seconds or less
• No drinks, additional food or outside assistance while the clock is running
• No wiping or rinsing sauce from the wings
• Wings must be eaten clean enough to receive the judges’ approval
• Every challenger receives the same number of wings, sauce portion and preparation
• The challenger with the fastest qualifying time will be crowned the Gateway Grub Dracarys Wing Challenge Champion
• All judged decisions are final

🏆 THE CHAMPION’S PRIZE PACKAGE

The winner will receive:

• A Gateway Grub apron
• A bottle of Gateway Grub Dracarys sauce
• A mini charcuterie board
• An STL POT Chef shirt
• Official bragging rights as the Dracarys Wing Challenge Champion!

Challenge spaces will be limited, so visit the Gateway Grub table when you arrive for participation and scheduled-round information.

Last Tuesday night at Kitchen Conservatory was absolutely fantastical!

“Blushing Peaches & Sun-Kissed Tomatoes” brought together 11 wonderful guests for six courses of hands-on cooking, conversation and familiar-but-different flavor.

From curry tomato toast and salmon sliders to peach-and-prosciutto baguettes, salmorejo shooters and peach cobbler, the room stayed busy, engaged and deliciously entertained.

What made the evening especially meaningful was seeing guests who discovered me through FOX2 Studio STL come experience my cooking in person including one wonderful woman who brought her daughter, her hubby and their sons! I also welcomed returning students, new faces and friends who came ready to cook.

And hearing the wonderful feedback from both the guests and staff afterward meant more than I can say. I felt a genuine shift in the room and in myself. I walked away proud, respected, appreciated and even more excited about what’s ahead.

Thank you to everyone who cooked, laughed, learned and shared the evening with me. I’ll be back at Kitchen Conservatory September 17 and I cannot wait!
