Brunch di Lusso on Sunday, June 21, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., will feature an exclusive whiskey experience where guests may enjoy a custom Old Fashioned tailored to their preference or explore a curated Bourbon & Whiskey flight accompanied by tasting story cards that reveal the craftsmanship and character behind each selection.

Meet the Datteri Aspri, one of the newest additions to our signature cocktail menu. Created by Mixologist, Benjamin, this sip explores the harmony between the rich sweetness of dates and the smoky depth of Scotch.

A refined interpretation of the classic sour, it features date-infused Monkey Shoulder Scotch, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and foaming bitters, dry shaken for a velvety froth and finished with a date sugar and salt rim for a beautifully balanced finish.
