✨ A Few Things to Know About Saddle Up Sweets ✨

As my little home bakery continues to grow, I wanted to share a few things that help keep everything running smoothly.

🧁 I am human! Every order is made by hand with lots of love. While I always strive for perfection, I’m not a machine, so tiny imperfections can happen.

🚗 Delivery is available, but a delivery fee applies regardless of distance. I’m now located in Shelby Township for order pickup!

🩷 Tips are NEVER expected, but they’re always appreciated more than you know!

⏰ Last-minute orders aren’t always possible. If I’m able to squeeze one in, a rush fee will apply. & just because I was able to squeeze you in last time, doesn’t mean I can every time! Please plan & order accordingly and in a timely manner!

💰 Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your event date. Once you’re on my calendar, that spot is yours!

🍪 Orders from my regular menu and special drops (like monthly cookie boxes) require full payment to reserve your order since I bake limited quantities.

🎨 I will ALWAYS do my best to match your inspiration photos, but I’m my own baker with my own style. Pinterest and AI images are great inspiration, but I can’t guarantee an exact copy-and-paste replica.

📖 I don’t sell my recipes. I spend countless hours testing, tweaking, and perfecting them. Maybe someday! Until then… you can absolutely buy the cookies, or maybe even a premade batch, just not the secret recipe. (Call me Mr. Krabs. 😂)

🏪 As a small home bakery, I can’t compete with grocery store or warehouse pricing. They buy ingredients in massive quantities and mass-produce their products. Every order I make is handcrafted specifically for you.

📱 I also work a full-time Monday-Friday job, so I may not reply to messages immediately. I promise I’m not ignoring you, and I’ll respond as soon as I can!

😂 And finally… no, I can’t make your custom order for free (or almost free) just because you’re my cousin’s sister’s friend’s girlfriend. I love you all, but flour isn’t free!
