We will be running some specials this week we don’t always have…and an oldie but a goodie, too!

SLICED BRISKET DINNER - 1 Full Pound of our BBQ Beef Brisket, slow-smoked for 10+ Hours. $16

BRB MEGA BEEF & CHEDDAR…this sandwich has been super popular the last couple of weeks and this will be the final few days before we put it back into the vault…but don’t worry, it will be back later this fall. $15

THE KALI SALMON SALAD…we haven’t had this one in a few of years, but it was one of our original salads when we started at the Eddy Center. We got our hands on some really good 4oz. Salmon Steaks and wanted to bring this classic back! $13 (Double $18)

We are looking to hire a high school graduate that can work a varied schedule on a part-time basis, must be able to work evenings and weekends, and if possible the occasional daytime shift. This is a single position opening. We try to be flexible with our scheduling and work with our employees and their availability as well. 10-12 hours per week, with opportunities for additional catering hours, too. Hours may increase if desired. Work experience in a commercial kitchen and food service is highly beneficial but not a deal breaker.
