Don't let a name change fool you. It's also not the first name change. Before Chef Josh bought Ferlito's in 2015 it was called Ferlito's Family dining and Pizza Parlor. We changed the name to signify a change. Again, We chose to change the name when moving to a new location because of change.
While we seem focused on Pizza it's because we're a Pizzeria and would like to build up that business again from the times of the Parlor. We can also compete against corporate and franchises by offering all our classic dishes along with pizza. (Pictured below)
Examples keeping it Restaurant, people would assume dine-in still, Ferlito's carry-out or Togo just doesn't have the same ring to it. Also leaves us out of a huge Google Seo stuff. Ferlito's Pizzeria gives a shot at building the pizza business and educate you that we still have all the favorite entrées.

Earlier this year we made a switch over to a unbleached and unbromated flour. Combined with our efforts with fermentation and higher hydration this isn't the old style Ferlito's pizza. Today is the day to give us a try if you haven't yet.

Sfincione "Sicilian style pizza" Identified by its breadcrumb top and Detroit style thickness. This pizza was a hit at Pizza Palooza on Sunday. So if you missed it we have 6 available today for service. $18 each this sweet sauce pizza has pepperoni, onions, topped with breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese and garlic. Traditionalist will say it needs anchovies. If that's you just ask to add anchovies 🤷‍♂️

3rd Annual Pizza Palooza was today. Optimist Club of St. Clair Shores puts on a great event as a fundraiser. Our staff had a blast and we appreciate all the kind words and a great turn out for 2 individuals this fundraiser was all about.

Here's our stats for you pizza lovers. I can't even imagine how many slices combined from all the great pizzerias that participated.
60- large pizza 8 slices each = 480 slices
5- Chicago deep dish 8 slices =40 slices
3- Tavern style thin small sqaures
4 - Sfincione "Sicilian style" topped with breadcrumbs.
Totalling 520 slices of pizza all donated for a great cause. This is what community is all about. Thank you.
