It was a tough decision because I absolutely LOVE market Saturdays but it will be so nice spending this weekend watching my boys play in their sports games and having a little fall family fun. 🍂🎃🥰

As the market season comes to a close, remember that there’s nothing like homemade ice cream to sweeten your holiday gathering, birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, corporate events and teacher appreciation gifts…even weddings! We’ve done it all these past few months and it’s been such an honor, so thank you from the bottom of my heart to those who have entrusted me with providing a sweet treat for these special moments in your lives. 💕

Cheers to 15 years!

A few things I’ve learned over the years:

-Marriage is a beautiful sacrament and vocation, but like most things worthwhile it takes sacrifice, compromise and work. ✝️

-Love is not a feeling, it’s a decision. Special thanks to Dave for waking up each day and choosing me…even if he didn’t really want to. 😜

-The amount of growth and fulfillment in a marriage is directly proportional to the amount of time and effort you put into it…and it can’t be one-sided. 👫🏻

-“You’ve been married to many different people…and they’ve all been me”. I read that in a book and it resonated deeply with me. I am not the same person I was when you married me so thank you for riding the roller coaster of change even if you had to fasten your seatbelt a little tighter at times! 😆

-I used to dwell on what wasn’t going my way or spend an unnecessary amount of energy worrying about the future. God has proven time and again that His plans are far better than my dreams. Life will not go as you plan, so enjoy the ride. When you choose to surrender and trust, you are saying yes to amazing opportunities for growth…not to mention an incredible amount of peace and joy in your life.

This year has been a whirlwind of change, but given our track record, I have come to expect nothing less. 😜 One thing I CAN count on is that there’s no one I’d rather have by my side to do life with than you.

Those were been sad that brown sugar cookie dough sold out online AND at the market…It was all about the brown sugar base today! 🤩

Coconut milk, brown sugar, real maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and a little refined coconut oil and xanthan gum for texture. 🙌🏼

⬆️ It’s so good I ate it once and didn’t realize it was not my brown sugar cookie dough. I just thought someone ate all the cookie dough pieces out of it. 🤣

Gooey Butter Cake has been a fan favorite since its release last month. It hurt my heart to tell people it sold out so the only remedy for that is: bring it back! Production Day today and will be ready for online ordering later tonight! I’ll be bringing it on Saturday to LSL Farmers & Artists Market from 8am-12pm and will also be at the Saint Joe Craft Fair Saturday in Cottleville from 9am-3pm! Get yours before it’s gone again!

The biggest surprise of my ice cream journey is my discovery of the absolute deliciousness that is pistachio ice cream.

As a kid, I didn’t like nuts and the green color looked disgusting. When a friend requested it, I was a little concerned. I had never made it, let alone eaten it before so I just decided to wing it. My first batch I used almond extract but it was too almond forward so I invested in the same company that makes my cotton candy extract Harvest Moon Delights and got some of their pistachio extract and was blown away. Harvest Moon Delights nails every flavor they make so if you’re in need of a good extract, check them out! Pistachio ice cream quickly catapulted to my top five flavors…it’s that good.

If you are like me and biased with zero actual experience, give it a try! If not, us pistachio lovers won’t be mad about it…because that means there’s more for us. 🙋🏻‍♀️

Today I was supposed to be off but I just couldn’t help myself…😂
I only have 10 half pints this weekend LSL Farmers & Artists Market, so get it before it’s gone! 💨
