Saullo's Restaurant

Saullo's first opened its doors in the early 1950's by the SAULLO family. The first location was at Fifth and Morgan in St. Charles, where our pizza's were sold to area grocery stores in St. The next move was to South Drive in St. In the early 70's lightning struck the restaurant and caused a fire. We then relocated to the North Service Road across from where the weight station was on Interstate 70. In 1987 Billie moved the restaurant to Cave Springs Estates Drive in St. Then in Decemeber of 2007, Billie moved the restaurant to 2778 Muegge Road, St. Charles, MO 63301, where it is presently located. We have kept our promise to the Saullo family and have not changed any of their original family recipes. Our sauce is made from scratch three times a week, and must cook six hours for just the right flavor. We also make our own dough and hand roll all of our pizza's. Our Italian dressing is made weekly, using our own special spices for a great taste. In addition, we make our own sausage, and slice all cheese by hand. Saullo's is the home of the hand-breaded toasted ravioli. We use as much fresh meat and produce as possible. Saullo's began offering lunch specials in 1990 and continued when we moved to our present location. We are open for lunch Monday through Friday from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm serving plate lunches, 9" pizza's and many types of sandwiches. Our evening hours are Sunday through Thursday 4:00 pm until 10:00 pm and Friday and Saturday 11:00 am until 11:00 pm.
