We are essentially doing an asset sale. We are NOT selling the name Rumas or Big Richards.
However we are looking to get rid of both spaces at once. It's an opportunity for a bar/restaurant.
Change the signage, and Create your menu and start serving tomorrow
Your initial purchase of $40,000 include your dining room, all lighting fixtures wall covers, booth, tables and chairs, counters, cabinets, tvs.
In the kitchen it includes the walk-in cooler freezer, all the sinks, hoods (w fire suppression.

You will assume the lease. Approximately 4,200 per month for both locations. So you will be required to have approval from the landlord.
You will have first opportunity to purchase any additional equipment you may need to run your restaurant. After that we will liquidate.

It is with great sadness that we must announce to you all that we will be closing
both Ruma’s Deli and Big Richard’s Hot Dogs for good on October 16th, 2021. We
have tried our very best to keep going, to keep serving the community that
embraced us, but circumstances beyond our control have made it impossible to
continue without incurring further significant losses in the future.
To our friends and family, to our local business community, to our dear friends
among all the honorable first-responders, and to our loyal employees: We thank you
from the bottoms of all our hearts. We have enjoyed meeting you, serving you (and
along side you,) and having a good laugh with you! Above all, we wish you and all of
your families the very best of health and happiness – take care of yourselves, and
each other!
