New Chef and New Menu

We are sad to announce that Chef Dino has suddenly left our kitchen, but we are excited to announce our new highly acclaimed chef to our most valuable guests.

Trained in classic culinary techniques Chef Paul Bucemi has operated kitchens in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Atlanta. He has risen to the challenge of creating new and exciting food for his guests and he now brings his talents to MIO.

MIO is excited to announce our new chef and menu effective immediately. Trained in classic culinary techniques Chef Paul Bucemi has operated kitchens in Salt Lake City, Las Vegas and Atlanta. With influences from his roots growing up in Miami, and taking on French cuisine across the county, Chef Paul has risen to the challenge of creating new and exciting food to his guests.
He now brings his French influences to northeast Florida preparing fresh and delicious dishes for guests at Mio.
