Q: How long do the meals last?
A: our meals are tested and designed to last for a FULL 7 days! Staying just as fresh from day 1 to day 7!!

Q: What do I do if I don’t eat my meals after 7 days?
A: Lucky for you, our meals are designed to freeze fresh in the freezer for up to 3 MONTHS!!

Q:What if my meals are delivered and I am not home?
A: Your meals will be delivered in a insulated UpFresh Bag with freezer packs to keep them cool! Although we don’t recommend you leave them out all day, no worries if you’re at the store, they will remain cooled for 1-2hours once delivered to your doorstep!

Q: Is this a subscription?
A: NO‼️ we are NOT a subscription based company!! We are a week to week basis company! Meaning, you have the luxury to order at your leisure!!
