We celebrated our international students and summer staff with a feast last night! Favorite family dishes from Egypt, Jamaica, and Italy were on the table and we talked and laughed into the evening. We are extremely grateful for this group of amazing young people!

The Causeway's Calabrian Gnocchi is a little bit spicy, and slightly sweet, with acidity, creaminess, and umami. It is a perfectly balanced dish that is absolutely lovely on its own and becomes elite with chicken, steak, or lobster added on top. This is what you should have for dinner! P.S. it's gluten free.
