If you missed tonight’s customer appreciation event @ Ferguson Home in Clarksville, you missed an amazing “5’O Clock somewhere” island themed event! Tonight we created a Keys styled menu of hand patted crab cake sliders with a creamy remoulade, patted and grilled cheeseburgers in paradise, gulf shrimp in buttery creole sauce, buffalo chicken dip, spinach artichoke dip, and fresh fruit.

At a beautiful cabin @ Leatherwood we were fortunate enough to witness the union of these two souls, the number of guests and the heat index coincided, but we had the crew that pushed through the temps and crowd to deliver a flawless southern dinner of:
Slow smoked brisket
Smoked boneless thighs
Mashed potatoes
Cowgirl baked beans
Southern green beans
Cherry, blackberry, caramel apple cobbler.
Bread pudding with rum glaze
Banana pudding cups

Thanks 5th group for again calling on our team to serve your guests! Welcome newcomers! Full taco bars are always a fan favorite…”I’m going to have just one taco”..that’s hilarious 😂as some returned for thirds! 🙋‍♀️

We took some time off in the month of August to catch up on tastings for upcoming events. We are thankful for some down time, but we are back full swing next week! Hello September “almost”!!!

Our turkey sliders are always a fan favorite, here’s why:
📍We take a fresh turkey breast, season it and on the smoker it goes.
📍We thinly slice our meats allowing us to pack these Sammie’s to full capacity.
