After 4 years of nonstop work, it’s time for a little reset. ☕️🤎

Pueblo Coffee on Main will be closing for two weeks while we remodel, refresh, and make some much-needed improvements to our space.

Over the last four years, we’ve learned a lot about coffee, food, business, and most importantly our community. Now we’re taking everything we’ve learned and putting it into the next version of Pueblo.

During our two-week reset, we’ll be:

☕ Improving our coffee menu
🍴 Refreshing and improving our food menu
🔨 Remodeling and updating the space
✨ Creating a better overall Pueblo experience

This isn’t goodbye. It’s a reset.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who has walked through our doors, bought a cup of coffee, shared a meal, brought in a friend, or simply supported us along the way.

Four years in. We’re just getting started.
