Post Oak is very excited to be collaborating with other local farms to bring even more to the table at the Rooted in Weatherford | Collective Market this Saturday 🌼

A work in progress is slowly starting to come together to help small scale local growers like myself and others to share our bumper crops when we’re fortunate enough. This Saturday you will find cut flowers on the table from a local grower and dear friend to set your tablescape for Sunday dinner, simply enjoy or gift.

Meet the Heart Behind House of Tea & Cafe: Chef Janine Berger! 👩‍🍳❤️

We’re so grateful to have Chef Janine creating magic in our kitchen every day. A proud wife, mother of 4 daughters, and grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters and one grandson, Janine brings love and passion to every dish she prepares.
Her culinary journey is impressive:
• Trained at Le Cordon Bleu
• Certified KC Masterpiece BBQ Judge
• Three-time World Food Championship Judge
• Former owner of her own successful catering company, Janine’s Cuisine
• Traveled the world for many years as an SAP Implementation Manager for Accenture Consulting
• All paired with living in or traveling many countries of the world has given her many culinary experiences to bring to the table.

Now she’s channeling all that experience into our cozy Springtown cafe — crafting rotating specials with fresh local ingredients, perfect desserts, lunch favorites, and expanding dinner options that keep our guests coming back.
