It’s 🥒 PICKLE WEEK 🥒 at the C**t.

Introducing “pickle rick”. Fresh dough made in house, an extra virgin olive oil base, fresh mozzarella, crinkle cut dill pickles, fresh garlic, fresh mozzarella, topped with ranch and dill. If you’re not a pickle person, this may not be the one for you. If you are, start your engines and get down here 🌞

Naturally we’re offering picklebacks this week as a special as well.

And lastly on a different note, we are featuring a Kentucky mule as the cocktail special this week. Four roses whiskey, house made ginger beer, and fresh lime. A perfect perfect drink for this hot week ahead of us.

First Friday festivities will be downtown in Springfield this week, make sure you stop by & give us a try!!

New specials for the weekend! Saying goodbye to the stinger for a little bit to make room for some new experiments (it’ll be back, don’t worry 🐝)

Up first we have a new pizza, “the everyday”. Extremely classic New York flavors on a classic pie with the woodfire touch. Red sauce, fresh garlic, shredded mozzarella, oregano, and a heavy dusting of pecorino romano on top. Simple and classic flavors to highlight the power of fresh ingredients. These go down very easy.

Highlighting our espresso martini that many of you have become frequent flyers with. On special this week.

And lastly bringing back one of our heaviest hitters for appetizers. Our Bacon & Jalapeño garlic cheesy bread.

As always, you know where to find us all seven days a week, 11am-10pm.

Happy Thursday!! We’re rolling into the weekend with some fresh specials, and a continuation of the stinger for one more week! We’re working on a really cool special for our next pizza, but we aren’t ready to take away the stinger just yet. (Don’t worry, it will be back very soon). That being said, if you haven’t had a chance to try it, these next couple days would be a perfect time to check it off the list!

We’re featuring a spin on an old fashioned with the stormy old fashioned this week. Featuring Macallan 12 and made mezcal, this one is for lovers of peaty and smoky flavors.

Buffalo bacon cheese breads have been flying already, definitely a must try while we have it on the board!

Happy Sunday! We wanted to take a minute to thank every single one of you for your support as we’ve gotten rolling here in Springfield over the last 8 months. It’s been so cool to meet all of you and become a regular stop for many. 🤍

We’ve had so many of you introduced to us through word of mouth and sharing what we’re doing down here, and we really really appreciate that.

Every time you tell a friend or family member about us, leave a google review, order a pizza to go, it helps us push onto bigger and better things here at the tavern.

We’re going to be dropping some polls on our stories soon to get your votes on some of the favorite pizza specials that we’ve done over the past couple months. Let us know!!

As always, we’re here 7 days a week, 11am-10pm, shaking cocktails, pouring beers, and cranking pizzas out of the oven.
