Whew! Our first year at the MO Food Truck Fest was a blast 🤩

10 pork shoulders, 18 tritip, 64 chicken breasts, 8 racks of ribs, 6 lbs of sausage, 4 pork belly’s, and over 15 pans of our mac and cheese! Both smokers were loaded down!

We had so much fun preparing food for the competition, including those Nutter Butter cheesecake cups! Thank you to the judges for the win in the sweet treat category! 🏆

Thank you to everyone that came out and tried our food and helped support the other small businesses around the 417! 💪
