Happy Birthday to the heart and soul of Fulgenzi’s Pizza & Pasta, Sandy Fulgenzi! 🎉❤️

Since 1979, when she and her husband John opened “The Custard Castle,” Sandy has been the driving force keeping our doors open year after year. From countless Springfield Northender families and tee ball teams to generations of regulars, she’s been at the center of it all.

Sandy's also been the first boss to so many in our community, giving countless high schoolers their very first job, teaching them how to work hard, show up on time, and take pride in what they do (even when it’s a Friday night rush).

Her dedication, toughness, humor, and heart are what have kept this place going for all these years.
