Today I had the absolute pleasure of meeting the beautiful Janet ❤️
She came by today to get a picture with me and, even more special, she brought an article she had saved from when I first opened the restaurant and asked me to sign it.
Turning 25 has honestly put so much more perspective on life for me. I’ve realized that life isn’t just about constantly chasing the next goal, the next milestone, or the next big thing. It’s about the now. It’s about enjoying the moment and appreciating the people and experiences that come along the way.
Moments like today are exactly what I mean.
The early mornings, late nights, stress, sacrifices, and everything that comes with building something from the ground up can sometimes make you forget to stop and appreciate how far you’ve come.
Having Janet walk through my door with an article from when I first opened, wanting a picture and asking me to sign it, was something I’ll never take for granted.
People like her are a reminder of what I do it for. ❤️
This absolutely made my week. Thank you, Janet, for coming to see me and for giving me a moment I’ll remember for a long time.
