To Our Dear Customers and Supporters,

After 10 wonderful years, we are announcing the bittersweet closing of our deli.

Our lease has come to an end, and while it’s difficult to say goodbye to a place that means so much to us, we are filled with immense gratitude for the journey we’ve shared with all of you. Serving our hometown community has been one of the greatest privileges of our lives.

Over the past decade, we’ve done more than just make food — we’ve built relationships, supported local causes, and created lasting memories. We’ve proudly sponsored community events, served our local seniors, first responders, township committee members, and connected deeply with our customers who became like family.

We’re especially proud of the work we did during the COVID-19 pandemic — providing meals for our local hospitals and frontline heroes during one of the most challenging times in our lives. Supporting those who gave everything will forever be one of the most meaningful parts of our story.
We’re also grateful to have been able to create jobs and provide opportunities for local residents — it meant the world to us to grow alongside our community in every sense.

Though this chapter is coming to a close, this is not goodbye. We will be shifting our focus to off-premise catering, and we would love nothing more than to continue being a part of your special moments. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for any catering needs — and stay tuned for our new menus and offerings. We cater all events!

These spare ribs and chicken skewers were absolutely incredible, the guests went crazy for them! The sandwiches and wraps are always a hit as well!

This customer ordered trays of sandwiches and wraps, including cheese steaks and vegetarian options such as eggplant and falafel.

Also included were a tray of pasta primavera (cheesy pasta in pink sauce with veggies), chicken skewers, spare ribs, Mac and cheese, chicken fingers, a salad with balsamic, and trays or coleslaw, potato salad, pickles, pasta salad, and cucumber salad.

This was the perfect party for the perfect baby girls birthday party!
