KBQ Family—we’re excited to officially introduce our new menu!

Many of these new dishes are inspired by the flavors our families grew up enjoying in Korea—comfort foods that bring back memories of family, late-night chicken shops, and meals shared together. We’ve always wanted to share that experience with our community.

You’ll find exciting new additions like:
🔥 Viral Brinkle (Snow Cheese) Chicken
🍯 Korean-style Honey Soy Garlic Wings
🥢 New signature chicken plates featuring the same house marinades you’ve come to love, now in fresh new ways.

Signature Soy Garlic Chicken with broccoli and our Hot Chickie seared in a classic gochujang chili marinade.

Some longtime menu items like have been shelved to make room for this new direction. We know change can be bittersweet, especially if you’ve had a favorite for years. Those decisions weren’t made lightly, but every item on this menu was chosen intentionally as we continue growing and preparing for what’s ahead.

Whether you’ve been with us since day one or you’re stopping by for the first time, we hope you’ll give the new menu a try. We can’t wait to hear which dish becomes your new favorite.

Thankful for all that we have! We will be closed today to celebrate America’s 250th! We hope you all stay safe, eat good food and make memorable memories with each other! See you Monday!

After several busy weeks, we’re looking forward to slowing down a bit and celebrating America’s 250th year since signing the Declaration of independence! 🇺🇸❤️🤍💙

We’ll be serving up your favorite Korean BBQ all week, including a stop at Industrial Park where we will be serving up lunch and ending the night at Hold Fast Brewing on Wednesday, July 1st. Be sure to check out our schedule so you know where to find us!

Please note that The KBQ will be closed on July 4th so our team can spend time celebrating with family and friends.
