We’re back and today is the perfect day to try our newest ⚡️RINGER⚡️

SWINEAPPLE EXPRESS starts with pork shoulder marinated in pineapple juice, then slow-smoked in-house until it’s juicy, tender, and packed with smoky flavor. We pile it high with chipotle BBQ sauce, fresh pineapple pico, pickled onions, cilantro, and a shower of cotija cheese.

Every bite is smoky, sweet, tangy, a little spicy, and exactly the kind of taco that leaves you wishing you’d ordered two.

We're taking the Fourth off. 🇺🇸

We'll be closed Saturday while our crew celebrates, eats way too much, and argues over who bought the good fireworks.

We'll be back Sunday at 11 with tacos, queso, margaritas, and whatever your holiday weekend needs.

New ⚡️RINGER⚡️ day! Say hello to SWINEAPPLE EXPRESS!

Smoked pork shoulder marinated in pineapple juice, then slow-smoked in-house until it’s tender, juicy, and worth the wait. We top it with chipotle BBQ, pineapple pico, pickled onions, cilantro, and cotija.

Smoky, sweet, tangy, and a little messy in the best way.

And fair warning… the neighborhood is about to smell like smoked meat for the foreseeable future. No complaints allowed.
