Our newest ⚡️RINGER⚡️, CHIMI HENDRIX is still one of the best things we’ve ever done with cauliflower.

We smoke it until it’s ridiculously flavorful, then pile it into a warm flour tortilla with bright caperchurri, fresh spinach, juicy pico and tangy pickled red onions.

That smoky + fresh + tangy combo is so darn good.

And yes, vegan friendly.🌱
