When we first started our business we were so swept up in small business life we barely knew what day it was, let alone National Coffee Day. But we would get a text from my dad, "Happy National Coffee Day!" - every year, he never forgot! He passed a few years ago, but I was reminded of those texts today. His favorite order was a latte and breakfast naan'wich. Stop by your favorite coffee shop today with your favorite person to celebrate this very great day. ❤️

It's been busy around here! Fall is in full swing. Honey butter is flowing. Pumpkin in everything. And we started a little Oktoberfest Biergarten across the street with Mumbles1888 where we are serving German fare (expanded options coming next week!). Extra grateful for our staff these days! If you know them, you love them too. Tomorrow the chiefs game will be playing at Oktoberfest. We'll have our delicious seasonal's going at our cafe plus all your usual favorites. We'd love to see you on Historic C-Street ❤️

Beginning tonight! Come to Oktoberfest we are co-hosting with Mumbles1888. We are soft launching "Stammtisch", or "the Regular's Table" - with Oktoberfest fare. Justin, husband of the one who is behind these posts ☺️ grew up in Austria and he's excited to share some of that culture here on Historic C-Street ❤️
