Today we are celebrating the one year anniversary of Lily!

Over the past year, she has been dedicated to giving our customers the absolute best experience, while also being a real team player behind the counter. She also brings her fresh, positive energy to every shift. You just can't have a bad day with her around!

Friends, please join us in celebrating Emma on her 5-year work anniversary AND her birthday!!!

Emma joined us in July of 2021 as a line server but quickly proved her talents went far beyond customer service, and only a year later was promoted to one of our head kitchen managers!

Every day she leads her team by example. Her culinary instinct, incredible knife skills and outstanding work ethic go way beyond her years.

Every single morning, our prep team gets to work on one of the most important tasks of the day: hand cutting ALL of our vegetables. From perfectly fresh cucumbers to crisp green onions… we do it the old-fashioned way.

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone-this beautiful, smiling face has officially had her one year anniversary with Craft Sushi!!
