Because honestly, the middle of the week deserves better than leftovers and staring at the clock.

Today it’s all about the Boozy Butcher Eagle Rare Social — featuring ribeye butchering, fresh meat treats, raffle access, and a room full of people pretending they’re not immediately going home to judge steaks differently after this.

💜 Lavender Honey Meringue Cosmo
🥥 Toasted Coconut Mojo-Rita — clarified with tequila, cointreau, mint syrup, key lime, and lime for a clean, smooth finish that disappears way too easy. 😏

Fresh flavors, patio season, and drinks that look as good as they taste sounds like a pretty solid combination to us.

🥩 Jay Glick Tandoori Lamb — 9oz New Zealand lamb rack, mint & tandoori marinated and grilled to medium, served with wood fired curry maple carrots.

Bold flavor, a little smoke from the oven, and the kind of plate that makes you slow down for a minute after the first bite.

This one’s quickly becoming a favorite for a reason.

The pizza oven’s been busy lately… 🔥🍕
And these new menu items are giving it a reason to show off.

🍍 Caroline & Scott BBQ Flatbread�Wood fired house crust with cilantro BBQ sauce, smoked gouda, shredded chicken, pineapple, poblanos, and red onion.

🧀 Tim & Kimber’s Triple Cheese Pepperoni Pie�San Marzano plum tomato sauce, fresh basil, pepperoni, mozzarella, herb parmesan, and tableside manchego because apparently three cheeses just wasn’t enough. 😏

🥓 Morsovillo Boys Carne Appassianato�Romesco, mozzarella, chorizo sausage, cupped pepperoni, caramelized onion, and shoulder bacon.

Wood fired, flavor packed, and very much worth the trip.

A quick heads up for the holiday weekend 🇺🇸

Metro will be closed Monday, May 25th for Memorial Day so our team can spend time with family and friends.

As we enjoy the long weekend, we also pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. ❤️

We’ll reopen Tuesday, May 26th with regular business hours and be ready to get back to making it a Metro night. 🍽️✨

We hope everyone has a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend.

Back by popular demand… and yes, there’s a reason for that. 👀🔥

🥩 London Ribeye — a summer special featuring a 12oz ribeye tenderloin, cast iron seared and topped with sautéed shrimp, compound butter with fresh herbs and roasted garlic. Served with smoked gouda mash because subtlety clearly wasn’t the goal here.

And the sound of that sizzling plate hitting the table? That alone should get you excited.

Only so many available daily, and this one tends to disappear fast.

🍝 Paulina Pasta — Spanish chorizo, shrimp, and tortellini tossed in a plum tomato & roasted red pepper romesco. Finished with torched burrata, a grilled half lobster tail, and a smoked lemon squeeze.
