THANK YOU for 25 Years of Memories!

Maria’s began with a dream and a 7-foot-wide restaurant.
You helped us grow.
You became our friends.
You became our family.

With your support, we grew.

We moved into a larger space.
Our team expanded.
They became our friends.
They became our family.

Recent events have made owning a restaurant tougher than ever before. It wasn’t an easy decision to close Maria’s, but after 25 years, we’re tired. We decided to close Maria's, retire, and move forward with new dreams.

To this community that we so deeply love, we truly thank you for 25 years filled with beautiful memories.

We're celebrating the wonderful, creamy avocado today with our 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗲! We use perfectly-ripe avocados and tomatoes and mix in just enough onion and seasoning for the perfect scoop. It's a recipe that's been in our family for generations.

If you're looking for a cool treat after a spicy meal, you need to taste our 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗜𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺! First, we plate a slice of our homemade rum cake. Next, a scoop of vanilla ice cream rolled in crushed corn flakes is deep-fried to get a nice, crispy crust. We place that fried bundle of creamy goodness on top of the homemade rum cake then drizzle it all with raspberry and chocolate sauce. It’s almost too pretty to eat. (𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘸𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘥 𝘈𝘓𝘔𝘖𝘚𝘛?!)

🧀Are you ready for all this cheese?!? Tempt your tastebuds with our 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙚𝙡𝙮 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀! Our seasoned French fries are topped with carne asada steak that’s homemade from our family recipe. Then, we 𝙨𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧 it all in our house queso, cheddar and jack cheeses, house-made cilantro sour cream, and fresh guacamole made from our family recipe. It truly doesn't get any more indulgent than this! 🤤

We combine Patron Silver Tequila, Triple Sec, and Mojito mix, and top it off with freshly squeezed lime juice (𝘯𝘰 𝘣𝘰𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘧𝘧 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦!) It’s and we’re making sure you get this checked off your list in the most delicious way possible. Our family recipe calls for kettle-cooked pinto beans that are simmered for 3-4 hours with the perfect blend of salt, cumin, and garlic. They’re sure to satisfy.

"I love cheeseburgers and soda water, and my favorite meal at Maria's is The Sergio - (𝚒𝚝'𝚜 𝚃𝙷𝙴 𝙱𝙴𝚂𝚃) but there aren't really any foods I don't like. I love music and can't live without my guitar (𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘧𝘦). I'm originally from Denver and the best place I've ever traveled to is Breckenridge, CO."
