Getting ready for a big day smoking meat tomorrow. Making sides and all the fixings. My right hand man ANDY is on the smoker, I have been neglecting my yard so I'll have that to do in the morning then it's full steam ahead. Don't forget along with all the good stuff we normally have SMOKED PRIVATE SELECT ALL BEEF BOLOGNA! 😎

We had several people asking us for smoked bologna. We will have private select all beef bologna this weekend until it sells out 😎

Don't forget to try our Brisket sausage, we grind it, case it and smoke it. Everything on our food trailer is homemade down to the pecan and chess pies.

We had a great 4th, thanks to everyone who came out to support us. We sold out again today! Glad to help a few folks out with BBQ for the get togethers. We are glad you like what we offer and looking forward to next weekend! Come by and see us and don't forget to post if you like what we smoked. We are cooking a BUNCH or ribs today. We sold out again yesterday and still had some people asking for them. Remember you can always stop by, put your order in and we'll call you when they come off the smoker. 😎
