Tomorrow is not looking good, rain steady from about noon on through the afternoon. Looking like we will be back Saturday. Andrew Lee can use the day to cook and I can get a few naps in LOL. We enjoyed seeing everyone today and we are here until 6:00. If you miss us today we'll see you Saturday 😎

We are serving at the fairgrounds tonight for a church revival. Tomorrow and Friday we will be at our normal location, Saturday should be ok depending on the weather. Looking forward to seeing everyone after our competition last weekend. We missed seeing y'all. Come by say hi to Andrew Lee 😎

We had a good day Saturday with the 1st place win. We got a break from working in the food trailer, got to hangout with a GREAT group of excellent cooks and friends. Better yet Andrew Lee and I got to bring home the trophy for not only us but for all are customers that support us and always encourage us to put out the best BBQ and BRISKET in Springfield. Come check us out in front of Pawnway and get something to eat 😎

This week's schedule is a little different. We will be open Wednesday around 12:00 until 6:00 and open on Thursday. We have a BBQ competition Friday and Saturday so we won't set up either day. But we have good news! We still have BRISKET and our price is still the same. I'm sharing an article I saw from Texas " they call us when they want BRISKET" any way this is what's going on with the Beef markets. Don't worry Andrew Lee is smoking meat.

We had a big hiccup today, I made a few errors when applying for new trailer permits. Unfortunately we cannot operate this Friday or Saturday but I am working with the inspector to resolve the issues. As soon as we are compliant we will be back up and running. Until then thank you for coming to see us Andrew Lee and I are taking the next few days to get things caught up so we are ready to go as soon as we are able. Thanks again 😎
