Posting this vulnerably.
You hear a large % of small businesses closing within the first 5 years of being open.
We've seen it countless times in our own community.
Cooking for people / creating meals with Whole Foods and fresh ingredients that's fun to eat is a passion of mine.
I've found myself questioning if pursuing that passion is worth it.
Putting yourself out there is, let's be honest, hard.
Don't get me wrong I'm all for a challenge and I don't expect anything to come easy.
I'm genuinely curious what my peers think. Here for feedback!
Do we think Springfield has a market for an (Americanized) ramen food truck and or a meal prepping service for the busy professional? Why or why not?
