Chef Say was born in Bago, Lower Myanmar Region (Burma, South East Asia). 👶
At the age of 19, he studied Port Master in Singapore for 3 years and graduated with a B.S in Marine Transport. 👨‍🎓
He worked as a Captain on Cargo Ships for 4 years in world wide transportation. On the other hand, during his break time from shipping work, he studied cooking programs at “Sheltered Clinary Training & Cooking Academic” school in Singapore majority in Italian & Japanese Foods as his hobby ❤️
In 2006, he came to the USA with the UN Program and worked as Regional Manager at Japan Sushi Company (from 2007 to 2021) opening Japanese sushi restaurants in the USA, traveling in all 50 states and providing Sushi Training.
At 2018, he came to Springfield area to open Sushi inside the Kroger Market and running business until 2021.
At 2021 to until now, we started open as Sushi Hikari in downtown Springfield inside the Cohatch-The Market @ Myers Market.
At 2023, he created “Fully Cooked Sushi Food Truck” for Springfield Area and runs specialized for Brewing around 60 miles radius.
