We are looking to add 2 servers and 1 bartender to to our team. Many of our employees are going to school this semester and we need coverage for multiple am and pm shifts; apply in person!

Must be 19+ for serving position, and have, or be willing to get a NM alcohol servers license.

Dear friends,
We have loved being restaurant and hotel owners for the last 2-3 years here in Springer. As with any business venture, there were pros and cons but we worked hard to create something we thought was meaningful: a welcoming restaurant serving local beef and beer and inviting people from all points to enjoy some well made food in a comfy restaurant space. As always restaurants have tight margins and road bumps small and large challenge your stability. This year has just had too many of those road bumps. So we are closing the Depot restaurant as well as Springer Station hotel. It’s time to lick our wounds and narrow our reach. We loved hosting everyone and we’ll never regret the choice to open two businesses here in Springer. It’s hard work and we are proud of doing it. Special thanks to our partners Sol Ranch and Blu Dragonfly brewing, all the folks at Philmont Scout Ranch, and our wonderful regular customers who made us feel like we were doing something good in the world. We also had some amazing employees along the way, and we couldn’t have done this without them.
