Good morning.
For almost 17 years this October, Wagon Wheel Country Cafe has been honored to serve the people of Northwest Arkansas. We are grateful for every customer who walks through our doors, and we believe everyone deserves to feel welcomed, respected, and treated with kindness.

If a guest ever has an experience that does not reflect those values—whether involving another customer or anything else—we sincerely encourage you to let a member of our team know immediately. We want the opportunity to address concerns as they happen and do everything we can to make things right.

We cannot control the actions or words of every individual who enters our restaurant, but we can promise that we take concerns seriously and will always strive to foster an environment where everyone feels safe and welcome.
