A couple of updates from Gaskins on Emma 🤍

We’re introducing The Social Hour, from 4–6 p.m., featuring a tapas-style menu in the bar & drink specials! Our main dining room will now open at 4 p.m. as well.

Beginning Tuesday, October 20, we will no longer offer lunch service.

When we first introduced lunch, there were fewer lunch options in downtown Springdale. Today, our neighborhood is filled with wonderful places to enjoy a midday meal, allowing us to focus our time and energy on dinner service.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for lunch and made it part of your day. We hope you’ll continue enjoying downtown and supporting our neighbors, all within walking distance of Gaskins on Emma:

Two years in, Gaskins feels different than it did when we first opened our doors.
It feels lived in now — full of familiar faces, favorite tables, celebrations we’ve been lucky enough to witness, bottles opened for special nights, dishes that have become part of people’s routines, and memories made one service at a time.

This past year has reminded us that a restaurant is never just about what is on the plate. It is about the people who fill the room, the team who brings it to life, and the community that gives it meaning.

We are deeply grateful for every guest who has chosen to spend an evening with us, celebrate with us, recommend us, return to us, and trust us with moments big and small. Your support is what allows us to keep growing, creating, and dreaming.
We are equally grateful for the people working beside us every day. Our staff gives so much of themselves to this place, and we see it — the long hours, the care, the creativity, the patience, the pride, and the heart.

Chef Sam Walker continues to help shape Gaskins with talent, leadership, and a deep commitment to the food and the experience we want to create. His creativity and dedication are woven into so much of what Gaskins has become.

Baylee, our Front of House Manager, has brought such warmth, organization, and care to the dining room in her time with us. Her presence has made a meaningful difference for our guests, our team, and the way Gaskins feels each night.

Springdale has become part of who we are. We believe in this city, in its people, and in the future being built here. We are proud to grow alongside it and grateful to call it home.

As we celebrate two years, we are also stepping into a new chapter. This month, we opened Emma’s Market & Bottleshop, right across the street from Gaskins on Emma. And very soon, we will be opening Gaskins Trattoria, a neighborhood eatery. We would love for you to follow along & .
