Greetings from DrPlates!

First, I want to thank everyone who has supported me from the beginning. Every share, every purchase, every kind word, and every plate has helped me continue chasing this dream.

I’m excited to officially introduce the new DrPlates Cajun Cuisine menu…featuring the Home of 56 Louisiana Flavors.

As many of you know, I also work a full-time job. Because of that, I’ve created a system that allows me to serve every customer with the quality and attention they deserve.

Here’s how ordering will work:

✅ All orders are PRE-ORDER ONLY.

✅ While I’m working, I’ll announce the featured menu item(s) that will be available during my days off.

✅ Every week may feature one or more signature Louisiana dishes.

Examples include:

Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya
Shrimp Étouffée
Crawfish Fettuccine
Turkey Necks
Oxtails
Catfish Courtbouillon

📣 What's happenin' everybody? Dr. Plates here! 🍽️🔥

First off, thank y'all for the love and support! We officially hit 100 followers, and I truly appreciate every single person who's been rocking with Dr. Plates Cajun Cuisine. This is only the beginning!

I also wanted to let y'all know that I'm starting a new job on Monday, so life is about to get a little busier. But don't worry... I'm still focused on building the Dr. Plates brand and bringing real Louisiana Cajun & Creole flavor to the Midwest.

The pots aren't cooling down anytime soon! I'll still be cooking, planning, and dropping plates, dinners, tastings, and special menu items, and this page will always be the first place to hear about it.

I picked up some fresh ingredients today and I've got a few ideas brewing 👨🏾‍🍳🔥 Stay tuned… we're just getting started.
