We have been a part of the Houston Food/Restaurant community for over 30 years. Joel Torres started a small restaurant in Houston on the West side of town. He was always very interested in cooking and wanted to bring his flavors from the Rio Grande Valley to Houston. Now in his 70’s, Joel has transitioned his business to his Daughter and Son-in-law.
