BORN IN HOUSTON. BELONG EVERYWHERE. 🌎☕

From Houston, Texas to the beautiful Oregon Coast, the Barbarossa spirit knows no boundaries.

Because great coffee isn’t just about where it’s made. It’s about where it takes you, the people you meet, and the moments you share along the way.

What started in Houston in 2016 was built on a simple belief: exceptional coffee, genuine connections, and a passion for bringing people together.

Today, our vision reaches far beyond our hometown.

One passion. One community. Endless destinations.

Houston is where our story began. The world is where we’re headed.

Join us at American Coffee Academy’s Espresso Masterclass for a hands-on evening designed for coffee lovers, home baristas, aspiring baristas, and anyone ready to take their espresso skills to the next level.

You’ll learn espresso fundamentals, coffee bean & grind selection, milk frothing, basic latte art, and how to craft café classics like cappuccino, latte, cortado and more — with real equipment and hands-on practice.

COFFEE. BIKES. COMMUNITY. 🏍️☕️🔥

Last Sunday, our Gosling location turned into something special.

Engines outside. Fresh coffee inside. Motorcycles of every style, great conversations, new friendships, and a community brought together by two things we love: good coffee and the open road.

Our first Coffee & Bikes wasn’t just a motorcycle meet — it was exactly what we want Barbarossa to be: a place where people connect, hang out, share their passions, and feel at home.

To every rider, coffee lover, friend and family member who showed up: THANK YOU. You made this one unforgettable. 🖤

And judging by these photos… we might need a much bigger parking lot next time. 👀🏍️

Houston, should we do Coffee & Bikes again?

Houston, you brought the voices. We brought the coffee. 🎤☕️

Last Saturday’s Karaoke Night at Barbarossa Coffee HQ was full of big performances, louder cheers, and the kind of moments that make this place feel like a community. We had so much fun with you. Thank you to everyone who sang, came to listen, or cheered someone on! ❤️

Now we want your ideas: What should we host next at HQ? Another karaoke night, live music, a game night, a coffee workshop—or something we haven’t thought of yet? Tell us in the comments 👇

Great espresso is never an accident—it’s the result of knowledge, precision, and passion. ☕️

Last Friday’s Espresso Masterclass was an incredible experience! Together, we explored every detail behind the perfect espresso—from choosing high-quality coffee beans and selecting the right espresso machine to understanding essential barista equipment, dialing in, extraction, and the secrets of achieving a beautifully balanced shot.

We learned, practiced, shared, and had plenty of fun along the way. A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who joined us and brought such wonderful energy to the class!

Missed this one? Our next Espresso Masterclass will take place on October 2, 2026. Save the date—registration details are coming soon!
