Alright guys, we will be selling trays for Easter this year. We are changing things up a little to add some variety. Trays will be $140 each, they will come with brisket, leg quarters, and sausage. Each tray will feed 8-10 people easily. We will also be offering racks of ribs for $35 each. Please send me a message if you would like to place an order. We will be taking orders until the 23rd or we run out of room on the pit. Pick up will be on Good Friday between 12-3 pm.

Thanksgiving trays are now available for order.
$125 each
Comes with Brisket, Sausage, and Pulled Pork (Approximately 3lbs of each) Feeds 8-10 easily

Pick up will be the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving between 4-6PM. The meats will be panned up individually and frozen at time of pick up. Reheating instructions will be provided.
