FIRST- Our frozen pizzas can only be purchased at the restaurant here at…

We do not have any frozen pizzas in bars or stores or anything. Those are not ours.

2ND - in the 70 year history of our restaurant we’ve always been open seven days a week
But we started temporarily closing on Wednesdays to give everybody a break and for maintenance we are giving that a try to see how that works
We miss everybody, but the break has been helpful

3RD - we are in the process of getting a new outdoor sign and new window lettering
So it looks a little bare out front of the restaurant right now but hopefully soon we’ll have our new sign up and our windows done

We’re having trouble with 815-663-9081. It’s hit and miss working so you can call our other number 815-664-5422 if the first one doesn’t work

This wasn’t an easy decision for our family
In 70 plus years we have always been open seven days a week with no closing day in our history
We are going to give this a try and see how it works out so Wednesday, August 19 2026 We will be closing one day a week, which will be Wednesdays
If you have something special and need a big order on a Wednesday, Just call the restaurant and leave a message for Debbie/Tony and we will see if we can help.
It’s hard for us to let go and not be there but we do need this one day off

This will give all our staff a real day of rest and a full day to do all of our equipment maintenance, Which is hard when you’re open 15 hours a day

All the other days will be the same hours as always, same menu as always
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11 AM to 2 AM and Sundays 11 AM to midnight

We really appreciate your business and support as always, and we will be here for you for many years to come

We will be updating our website as well

With the carnival being set up downtown Spring Valley here, and the road being blocked off if you want to pick up food, you can come through the alley and we will bring the food out to you
Just give us a call to let us know when you’re out there and
of course we always have delivery as well
