🚧 Construction Update – Day 1! 🚧
The transformation has officially begun!
Before we turned a single screw, our first priority was making sure our kitchen was spotless. Day 1 was dedicated entirely to deep cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting every surface, corner, and crevice of the trailer. We believe great food starts with a clean, safe kitchen, and we’re committed to preparing every meal in the most sanitary environment possible.
Now that the space is clean from top to bottom, the real build-out can begin! And when the renovation is complete, we’ll finish everything off with one more massive deep cleaning before we reopen.
To everyone who’s been calling, messaging, and asking when we’ll be back—we see you, we appreciate you, and we miss serving you more than you know. ❤️
It won’t be much longer. We’re making big moves behind the scenes, and we can’t wait to welcome you back with the same great food you know and love—plus some exciting new additions.
