UPDATE: She has been found safe!

We are asking for the publics assistance in locating Nora Adelyn Moore, 13 years old, who left her residence in the area of 247th and Metcalf Rd today around 1pm on foot and has not been seen or heard from since. Her family is concerned for her safety.

She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with purple lettering and black shorts. She has brown hair and blue eyes. If you see her, please call 911.

Sorry for the length of time without an update. As most of you know we opened a restaurant in Bonner Springs under the name Quentin's BBQ & Sides in December. Our plan has always been to continue to run the trailer as there some differences between to the two. We still plan to return to vending at some point we are finally fully staffed and working on getting everyone up to speed. I had hoped with the return of college kids I would be able to put together a consistent crew for the trailer but it didn't work out. We are now working on a plan to return in the fall. You all are so supportive to Scout's we can not just put just anyone in the trailer with the confined spaces. You all deserve quality product and service. We are working towards being able to provide both again and will return to vending then. In the meantime Quentin's (named after my son) is open Tuesday through Sunday (closed Monday) from 11 to 8. Thank you all for your patience.

Merry Christmas! We sure do miss our normal Sunday crew. Can't wait until the spring. Here is a FYI for the wagyu fans.

They were very popular last Sunday. They sold out early and with the large number of requests for them this week we decided to bring them back again this Sunday.

I promised I would post here when we did the wagyu special at Quentin's BBQ & Sides. We are doing them Sunday from 5 pm u till sold out. We do not fo pre orders yet at Quentin’s but I will make an exception for Scout's customers so you don't have to roll the dice on a long trip. Contact us through the Scout's page or email and we will make sure you are taken care of.

Sunday from 5 pm to 9 pm or untill sold out we will have American raised Wagyu Burnt Ends. This was easily the most request special item on the Scout's BBQ trailer.
These are very rich in flavor and a great eating experience. $32.99 per pound portion.

Game Day and BBQ is always a great pairing. We have had so many requests for food for the game Sunday we will open the window at 11 this Sunday for all your BBQ needs. Game will be on in the dining room and Ten & Two Coffee Bar will have cold beer. Maybe play a round at Grip’N’Rip KC Indoor Golf & Hobby Shop after the game.

We are also here till 9 or sold out tonight

Just two Sundays of vending left this season. November 14th will be our last Sunday in Stilwell till the spring.

Menu will have similarities plus one the building is done we will have the kitchen space for more items including fries....finally.

They are back again this Sunday! From 11 till sold out at 199th and Metcalf. $32.99 for a pound portion and $17.99 for a half. They will go fast as always.

This Sunday we are switching up the potato salad. With the prime rib dip being on special it felt appropriate to have a baked potato salad. It has potatoes, sour cream, cheese and bacon bits. Plus a touch of parsley, red bell pepper and ground black pepper.
