One of the benefits of owning a restaraunt is sampling the food! This burger has been top of mind for me since my wife and I became owners. A blend of bratwurst and beef, saurkraut, grilled onions, stone ground mustard, and Swiss cheese on a pretzel bun. Inspired by German flavors and the port city of Hamburg, where the hamburger gets its name.

Nobody warned them breakfast came with a squat challenge. 😂
This is the kind of place we want The Siren's Spoon to be — where you walk in hungry and leave feeling like you're part of the family. ❤️
So naturally, we started challenging our customers AND our servers to Pop, Lock & Drop It.

No age limit. No dignity required. Just good food, good people, and questionable decisions. 🧜‍♀️😂
And yes, our regulars absolutely understood the assignment... And we absolutely LOVE them for it!

So, we're saying good-bye to Sunday dinners for now.
But, Friday and Saturday dinners ARE STAYING!
