It is with deep regret that Eddie and I have decided to sell our food truck. After a year of cancer, numerous appointments and a brain cancer operation we have decided that it is too much for us. We are still going to offer catering for small weddings, bridal and baby showers, parties etc. I have been a floral designer for over 30 years and even had the honor of decorating the Oval Office at the White House this year and the Green Room in 2018. We are so grateful to all our dedicated and loyal customers. You saw us through even the darkest times and we are eternally grateful to you and God our Savior. If ya’ll would help us out or know of anyone for the sale of the truck we would so appreciate it. We can sell both locally and nationally. Please private message us for any information you may have. We will miss you Dad! Thank you for an amazing legacy of hard work and love!

Id like to introduce to all of you my grandfather. He has been an entrepreneur his entire life. When I was younger id drive 6 hours to upstate NY just to be his cashier for a week. We would sit by the fireplace waiting for customers to walk in to his small produce store and just talk. At the core he taught me how to run a business, how to interact with customers, how to rotate inventory, and simply how to work hard.

Unfortunately last night we received the news that he passed away. Here is a moment we were able to share 2 years ago where, at 91 years old, he traveled 20+ hours to see Joeys.

Sometimes people only look at the success of a business in profit or loss.

Joeys as a business is a success in my eyes because of the people we impact every day. The joy we see on everyone’s faces when they come enjoy our products or our space.

Showing my Grandpa Joeys was one of the proudest days of my life. Not for any reason other than the fact that I got to show him what being there for me 20 years ago produced.

Today we celebrate a life of 93 years. I love you Grandpa. Thank you for everything you have done for me.

Happy 4th of July! As many of you know I continue to fight a winning battle with this cancer diagnosis. This week’s treatment has been a bit challenging therefore forcing us to cancel GiasKitchentn to be at First Fridays this evening. We sincerely apologize and look forward to serving you our homemade Italian food in the near future. So many of you have reached out with your thoughts and prayers and have asked how they can support us. We’ve attached a link to a GoFundMe page that our children have set up for us. We are so grateful and thankful for your continued prayers and support. Hope we will be together again soon. God bless!

Hello Friends, HELP NEEDED! As you may or may not know, my wife Angela has been diagnosed with Stage III Breast Cancer. As a result, we have had to limit our operations for the upcoming months as we seek treatment. Due to our present situation, we are looking for a place to store our food truck () when not in operation. Optimally a paved surface, secure & safe area and occasional use of electric for a standard fridge and freezer. (day before an event).
