Brooke is a retired professional Boxer and was the WBC Lightweight Champion & IWBHOF (International Woman's Boxing Hall of Fame) Inducee 2022, Chris was her trainer! Knock Out Flavor! Offering Catering, Events & Pop-Up Food Stand/Truck! (You don’t want no smoke!!) We wanted to find another way to give

back to the people and the community as we always have in the past with serving our country in the Army and then providing great boxing entertainment to everyone! This time around we want to share some amazing BBQ and more! We strive to give a great customer experience and the best food in the area! We are here for you! We want to knock out the competition! I would like to thank any and all that nominated and voted for us Champs Smokin BBQ for the Main Street Awards for best BBQ! What an honor and a surprise! We didn’t even know we were nominated!! We were top 3 of all BBQ in the county with the other 2 being physical restaurants! So to be top food truck for bbq is so amazing! Thank you so much! ☺️
