🎆❤️ What. A. Week. ❤️🎆

We kicked things off at the Jacobus 4th of July Blast, where Mother Nature definitely kept us on our toes! 🥵

The thermometer inside our trailer (yes, with the A/C running!) hit 103°, and just when we thought we survived the heat… the storms rolled in! It quickly turned into holding down canopies, chasing flying signs and debris, and hoping everything stayed in place. 😅

But we finished the night with an incredible crowd and, as always, the Jacobus fireworks did not disappoint! 🎇

After just a few hours of sleep, it was time to head straight to the Mason-Dixon Fair, followed by wrapping up the week yesterday at the Snacktown Street Fair! 🎡🍦

To everyone who stopped by for a milkshake, Orange Dream, smoothie, Dirty Soda, Freak Shake, coffee, cake pop, Rice Krispie, or just to say hello—THANK YOU! Your support means the world to our small family business. 🩷

A huge shoutout to our incredible team for working through the heat, the long hours, and everything Mother Nature threw at us. We couldn’t do it without you! 💪

Now… we’re trading the food truck for some sunshine and ocean views! 🌊☀️ We are officially on a much-needed family vacation in Myrtle Beach to recharge before another busy stretch.

Don’t worry—we won’t be gone long! We’ll be back soon getting everything ready for one of our biggest events of the summer…

Today we’re celebrating 4 years of marriage the best way we know how… by spending the day together slinging shakes, squeezing lemons, smoking meats, serving smiles, and making memories with all of you at the Jacobus Blast! 🇺🇸🍋🥤🔥

Some couples celebrate with a fancy dinner… we celebrate in a food trailer. 😂 And honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way. (Well Corey probably would 🤣)

Over the last four years we’ve built businesses, chased crazy dreams, raised two amazing girls, survived countless events, early mornings, late nights, and more catering jobs than we can count. Somehow, we’re still each other’s favorite teammate.

For years, our food truck has been known for our over-the-top milkshakes, fresh squeezed lemonades, desserts, and sweet treats. But the question we hear over and over is…

Our brisket is smoked low and slow for 18–22 hours, creating that tender, juicy bite and those irresistible burnt ends everyone loves.

Our other wedding from yesterday was Miranda and Nathan at Evermore events! They chose a delicious spread of hors d’oeuvres
Such as deviled eggs, cheesesteak egg rolls, cocktail meatballs, smoked to perfection brisket, pulled chicken, cheesey mashed potatoes, and a variety of gourmet brownies for dessert!

Our 6 team members put in over 12 hours of prep and work yesterday and we couldn’t have done it without them!

June was an insane month of weddings! We had weddings every weekend and sometimes we had 2-3 weddings in a weekend!

Now for July we will be out and about with our ice cream truck!
