Sometimes the best real estate advice isn't, “Let's do it.”

Sometimes it's:

**“I don't think you should do that yet.”**

Maybe the timing isn't right. Maybe the house needs a little more preparation before going on the market. Maybe the numbers don't make sense yet. Maybe there are questions about a property that need to be answered first.
