Poor Boys Restaurant THERE'S NOTHIN BETTER THAN A POOR BOY! We are a family owned and operated restaurant located in the heart of Spooner, Wisconsin right off hwy 63.

Our menu consists of poor boys (our specialty hoagies), fabulous burgers, wraps, homemade soups and specialty sandwiches. We also offer dinner specials nightly! Large selection of Beer and Wine! Great atmosphere, up north decor, wildlife and much more!

We want to sincerely thank the community for 9 successful years of owning and operating Pillers Poor Boys. We had a great run and couldn't have done it without our loyal customers. We are truly grateful for all of the friendships we have made over the years while owning the business. Unfortunately our current lessee has chosen to go a different route and will wrap it up with his last day of operation set for tomorrow, August 31st. The building and Poor Boys Restaurant will remain closed.

Taco Tuesday today with Red pepper and tomato soup.

Wednesday will be a bbq smoked chicken sandwich with chicken dumpling soup.

Fish tacos Thursday with Taco soup.

Friday will be a chicken tender sandwich and stuffed green pepper soup.

Saturday will be prime rib sandwiches and which ever soups didn't sell out. Stay tuned for the smoke house special.

Okay, been thinking long and hard about the smokehouse special for tomorrow. I'm going to be doing a smoked bbq chicken halves with potato salad, watermelon and fresh corn on the cob.

It's Taco Tuesday and we've got bacon ranch baked potato soup.

Wednesday will be a bbq rib sandwich with chicken wild rice soup.

Thursday is fish tacos and jambalaya soup.

Friday is Philly cheesesteak or chicken philly sandwich and beer cheese soup.

Saturday is prime rib sandwiches and whatever soups haven't sold out. The smokehouse is still being contemplated.

I know I say this a lot, but this week's Saturday smokehouse special is phenomenal. Applewood rubbed porkloin wrapped on Applewood smoked bacon and smoked over Applewood with cinnamon brown sugar apples, a smoked beer cheese macaroni with bacon and jalapenoes and a corn muffin for just $10.99!

Okay I forgot which soup I had posted for today and made Rueben today instead of Cheesy Broccoli. So we will have Reuben today and tomorrow as well as Cheesy Broccoli tomorrow.

Okay, been really busy, but Jordan Price really wants to know this weeks soups and specials. Here's a quick rundown:

Tues: Taco Tuesday and Corn Chowder
Wed: Grilled chicken your way sandwich and Chicken noodle soup
Thurs: Fish tacos and Cheesy broccoli soup
Fri: Crispy buffalo chicken ranch wrap and Rueben soup
Sat: Prime rib sandwich and whatever soups don't sell out
Smokehouse: Southside smoked bacon wrapped porkloin with spiced apples, macaroni and cheese and a corn muffin $9.99!

We have French onion soup and taco soup tomorrow to enjoy with a prime rib sandwich. For our smokehouse special we have smoked Salmon three different ways: honey garlic, teriyaki or spicy bbq. Coleslaw and ranch flavored roasted baby red potatoes for sides. Have a great weekend everyone!

Don't have dinner plans for tomorrow night? This tropicalheat has me thinking of the tropics so this Saturday's smokehouse special is Jamacian jerk chicken with black beans and rice, tropical cole slaw and a corn muffin. Join us for a great meal.
