Cafe Buenos Aires - Tarascon Empanadas for sale
Dear community,
We have bad news and good news.
The bad news is that we are relocating back to California for work (back to the office situation) and leaving Spokane.
The good news is that we are making available Cafe Buenos Aires and Tarascon Empanadas for a low price ($16,000) and offering training to anyone wanting to take over this restaurant. It’s a great opportunity for the lucky new owner.
Yes, we just opened and yes, we just appeared in the Inlander. When we opened at our new location after years of searching for the right place we didn’t know we will have to move back to Sacramento.
We are closing on December 15 and our plan was to reopen in January with a bigger menu. But plans changed and we start the relocation process in January.
We hope someone else can take over and reopen with new ownership in January. Otherwise, December 15 will be the last day the restaurant will open.
Our relocation will take some months so we will be available to train the new owners. We also have trained staff that could stay with the new owners and help build up the menu adding more dishes and breakfast options.
We would love to see this restaurant continue in Spokane. Our empanadas have followers that waited for years until we were able to reopen and there’s nothing like it in the region.
We are very sad about having to leave our baby behind, after all the care, attention to detail, and years that it took us to find the right location.
We hope to find the lucky individual (or group) that can take over and keep it alive.
