New Website and mobile site nearly complete. We still need to work on pricing and once we start dry runs in the truck then we'll get actual pictures of the real food.

Soft start mid to end of September. Hoping to be up and fully running in October.

We serve crispy, sauce-dripping burgers and loaded fries from our giant yellow truck parked at the Post Falls Pavilion. No salads, just pure plant-powered satisfaction.

We passed our Health Inspection today!!!!! Yay!!! Monday I’ll schedule the Fire Marshall inspection!

We are so close!

The truck is now at the Post Falls Pavilion. Fingers crossed our inspections go well and we’ll be up and running in a month mid to late September.

We tried out a couple of winning recipes today…
The Black Bean Burger
And deep fried Black Bean TVP meatballs.

We decided that we are going to use a Commissary Kitchen.
It just opens so many more possibilities. Fresh made food rather than packaged…

We just got the truck back from our Graphics Guy!!!!
Has a few touch ups that he's gonna tackle next week but, WOW! Awesome Job!

Also if there is an opinion on what 4 days a week we should be open. What is your opinion.

4 days for now and eventually we will expand.

Well Thanks to the BS in Washington to get anything done. Were going to to Post Falls, ID. We just spoke to Kym at the
Post Falls Pavilion and were going to sign the Lease on Wed 5/6. It'll be a month or two before we're up and running but keep an eye open we'll be there soon!!!
