It originated in Spokane,Washington and opened its doors in the winter of 1994. Sparky's Firehouse Subs prides itself on its high quality of food, generous portions and the fact every sandwich is made fresh to order. Sparky's Firehouse Subs makes a fantastic sandwich that has almost twice the amount of product as its competitors at a similar price. Our meats and cheeses are sliced for the sandwich

in front of the customer after they order, not in the back room or at some factory like so many other sandwich shops.
