Have you tried our seasonal “not nitro” yet?
A while back, there was a drink going around social media called the Aerocano (wordplay on americano). Supposedly, steaming espresso and ice together created a texture similar to nitro cold brew. We experimented with using our actual cold brew instead of espresso and loved the results! This drink is that product of that experiment - cold brew with a velvety microfoam, and a touch of vanilla to round out the flavor.
