Just out here trying to make a name for myself... Since I was diagnosed with Diabetic retinopathy and then soon after Chronic Myloide Leukemia, I had to step away from the industry that I fell completely in love with..
Now that my vision is 20% better, I wanted to try and make a comeback.
And so here I am, starting over and dedicating myself on creating the very best Filipino Cuisine you can find here in the Inland Northwest.

I was honored to be invited to be a part of this little community event this Thursday . I'll be selling my LUMPIA from 5p-9pm.
I will be serving my Dynamite Poppin Lumpia (Jalapeño Popper style) and my Veggie style Lumpia (Corn, Green Beans, Peas, Carrots and Cabbage, Scallions and Garlic).
I will also have bulk frozen uncooked lumpia to sell!
I hope yall can come out and visit and support. There's also a SEAFOOD BOIL happening as well, so you won't leave hungry! I promise.

New SPECIAL Lumpiang Shanghai. I call this my Dynamite Poppin Lumpiaing Shanghai. It's like my OG Lumpia and a Jalapeño Popper had some kids, and this is the outcome..

The Dynamite Lumpia has Ground Seasoned Pork, Bacon bits, chopped Jalapeños and Pepper Jack Cheese, with a Sweet Chili Cream Cheese dipping sauce.
