Our restaurants use only high quality local products that our chefs prepare fresh and from scratch daily. All our beef is local, fresh and delivered daily. Our bread is baked by several local Artisan bakeries. We cook off whole turkeys and barons of beef to make our amazing sandwiches. The Onion Bar & Grill uses as many sustainable products as possible, and has a commitment to farm-to-table practices.
